Good morning I am trying to delete a child and after following the tutorial step by step a notification comes up right at the end to say 'no permission' with a 'x' in the box. Is there anyone who could explain this please? Thanks Dee

HI OFSTED are looking at progress but we cant export the Age Band tracker, I still have to do this manually is this something that is going to happen, just an option to export to excel or even hide the unused columns so I can see it on one page? PLeaseeeeeeeee

It would be really useful to have an overview of your whole class/group and the number of observations for each child, plus the areas of learning covered.

It would be great if we could search the relatives by the child that they are attached to? Many parents have different surnames to their children so it can be hard to find/remember their names sometimes. Cheers Rob

I've just posted this in someone else's topic but thought I'd paste it in a new one so it didn't get muddled up. Hope that's ok. We would love a bit more information on the app as our staff don't tend to use the browser unless they have to. I like the idea of the number of observations a child has had being displayed. It would also be great to be able to set a profile picture on the app, as opposed to logging into the browser to do this.

Hi, I am a new user to Tapestry and am very much enjoying the ease of observations. I notice a lot of extra space next to the child when selecting them on the app. Could this space be used for other information. At the moment it only says their name and "cohort 2016". When you log on using a desktop and look at the 'children' page you can see how many observations have been made and when the last one was. This would be useful information in the child selection screen so that we can see who hasn't had an observation for a while. It would be even more useful if there was a next step displayed there so we can quickly know exactly what we should be looking out for for…

I would love to be able to use Tapestry to send out notifications and newsletters. I love that I have all of the parents email addresses and it would save me printing out letters. I don't want to include them in children's journals and would love to be able just to select all and send.

Hi, we have recently moved over to tapestry from our paper based learning journals. We currently use paper based day care diaries and wondered if there is anything in the works to introduce day care diaries to users of tapestry? We were discussing it recently and feel that is we are trying to move to exclusive using digital media that would be the next logical step, and if it were something tied into tapestry that would be even better. Just a thought process really...

We are finding it difficult to scroll down each time we do an obs to find the child we need. At the moment we have aprox 140 children on the app as that is how many children are in the nursery. However we do not need to have all those children available as we only need access to the 3-4 year olds in our part of the nursery and the 2yr room only need access to the two year olds. Alternatively a search button that would suggest the possibles once we enter the first letter? Also it would be good to be able to do an obs on a child straight from the search function. Is there any chance any of these could happen please? From a mainly happy but occasionally frustrate…

Hi There used to be a print button on the old version where you can print off a single observation which I need to do sometimes. I can export and then print but when it's a multiple ob you get all the names written at the top and this can't then be shown to parents/multi-agencies. Is there any way that this can be done rather than splitting the observations. Thanks Kathryn
