Hello, I work in a bilingual school in China and Tapestry is a big success here with the majority of our families. To reach all, i am wondering if there will be a move towards providing bilingual support somehow on the site? Any thoughts?

It's great being able to schedule observations to go out but it would be really useful to be able to schedule reply comments too. In this time of online learning, our school policy says we can't respond to parents after 6pm or on a weekend. Being able to schedule the comments would allow staff to 'work' when they want but still adhere to policy. Thanks

Hi, Just wondering if there has been any progress on the newsletter function that was suggested as a possibilty a few months ago? We tried having a false child and adding all parents but we had complaints from parents that they could see each others names. Is this going to happen soon? Thanks

I have been uploading private messages, stories songs and rhymes to the children but wondered if we could have a special tab just for Story time? Then parents could access that whenever they wanted, without scrolling through all the other obs and messages. We are isolating as a school at the moment so doing everything from home. Many other settings must be in the same situation. This would be really useful for us and for parents. Thank you

Staff start an observation but don't often get chance to complete it until a later date. Is there a way that staff could send an observation for approval by a manager once they have finished it? At the moment, I have to trawl through and guess which ones are completed and ready to approve.

Please could we have the choice on authors of observations, so I can choose parents only? I don't need to get 95 notifications when staff members post observations.

Hi, Would it be possible to be able to edit the 'Additional information' headings on the reports, for example I would like the last box to be 'Headmaster's Comment'. Also adding a signature using the tablet is not the neatest, would it be possible to add it as a digital image in the box instead? Thanks

Hi As there are restrictions due to Covid regarding parents coming into the sessions. we are finding the memo section helpful for staff to send messages, reports, information to parents instead of using observations. Though is there a way a parent can write a memo to the staff member? we don't want to parents to use staff email as correspondence as being on Tapestry it is on one place. Is this possible or something for future reference. thank you Cheryl

Is it possible to add assessments just for the areas of learning with no age refinements so we can keep track of the areas of learning we have observed for each child? At the moment we cannot add assessments for our observations because we have to add an age band for the 2012 DMs

Hi i want to start adding reports to the childs account eg conversation with parents re speech or toilet training or just general, this then can be added to a memo so parent will have a copy too. basically cut a long story short its written evidence for the parent to have about the conversations we have. is it possible to have a template of just notes etc not having to untick all the framework agebands etc. Uploading media or files is fine but just a simpler form ? thank you cheryl
