Hi. I do a Tapestry Challenge each month and make one observation with the challenge then split it. Is there anyway on splitting obs function you can select all children on the observation and then take one off?. I’m having to tick all 50 plus children to split them. hope that makes sense. cheryl

We wondered if there are any plans to make a reading record diary entry which could be used by both staff and relatives? We are looking for something individual to each pupil but remains within one thread on a pupils journal rather than a separate observation each time they read. Is there any way of doing this currently? Many thanks

Hi we want to start using accident forms for the children I wonder because of the parents being restricted in coming in whether there can be a incident from home form too ? it’s very similar to the accident but the parent fills it in before the child comes into the setting so we are aware of previous cuts (plus it’s safeguarding ) I thought I could use accident forms but the first aid is staff only any ideas ?? Please can we have the facility to be able to see if a relative has clicked on and opened a memo to (hopefully) read. At the moment we only know they have accessed it if they comment or like it. We do try and encourage them to do this, but you can imagine not many do. It would be great if you could look into this. Thanks Helen

I was wondering if it would ever be possible to remove the age brackets from observations linked to the EYFS from the view of relatives? Would anybody else find this useful? We have just gone live with parents and are concerned that some parents may feel pressure or expect more from their child if they see the age brackets.

The only downside for us is that you cannot select assessments in 2 age bands e.g. 22-36 and 30-50.

Notifications to manager and key person when a parent leaves a comment. Notifications to parent when staff leave a comment.

Please could you add a filter to sort relatives according to their child's keyworker group? Each week I check their viewing history and it would be much quicker if I could just see parents listed from my class rather than all classes. Thanks!

Having re-opened our setting to priority children this week, creating observations and tagging the children involves scrolling through a long list, many of whom have not returned to the setting but we continue to support them at home. We would find it useful to reduce the list of children from which to select, maybe by group. Eg we could create (in fact I have already done so) a group of those children physically in setting. I know this is possible via the Android Beta app, however we use Amazon Fires in setting. We need to be able to continue supporting the rest of our children remotely, so making them inactive is not viable.

Hello, I have recently started to use the care diary function and am really liking it so far, however I have a couple of queries. Would it be possible to have a 'half' option when selecting how much the children have had to eat. I find that 'some' indicates that they have only really tried it and 'most' indicates that they have almost finished it but there is nothing in between. Also, I have had parents asking if it is possible to add to the diary themselves. When I use paper diaries, some parents like to indicate how much breakfast their child had eaten on it. This would be especially helpful for those who different carers. Many thanks. Xx
