I am looking at the 'Report' section and trialling it for our end of term reports to parents. However, I do not wish for them to be able to see the 'age band's. So was wondering if this was a feature that could be added? Thanks, Helen

Hi I asked not long ago about pixelating photos on group photos but I would like to see this as we do have parents who do not want their child on another child's profile. I have staff whos children attend the setting and they have also requested their children not be in group photos, they don't have facebook and would not want to see screen shot group photos on the internet. I know in a parental agreement parents sign to say they will not put photos on social media from Tapestry but it is still happening in other local settings and become an issue for them. Are you thinking of adding an option for managers to look at an overview of the Care Diary say for a whole week/month which would include all children. It would be useful to have the information in one place rather than having to go back over the dates and each child. As a manager I could then check that all practitioners are completing the Care Diary, and also I think it would give a good overview of the week/month to enable any changes in practice that may arise. It could help to ensure that risk assessments are met in the event recurring accidents in one particular area.

Hi, It would be good to see medication logs on care diary in the same format as the accident logs. Is this something that could be considered for future developments?

We manually define our data into the Summative Assessment tracking system on a termly basis. This has worked well for us, however we recently encountered and issue where a staff member had changed the date from 2018/19 to the previous 2017/18 to input the current Autumn Term data. This meant that they had accidentally managed to change quite a few of the children's assessments from the last autumn term, luckily we had this printed out so could correct the mistake. I wondered if you might be able to put something in place to avoid this happening in the future. Hiya, I’ve been trying out the beta app and I love the fact that you can add multiple ones and they update in the background. I added one yesterday with a couple of videos (don’t often do this due to the size and length of time it took to upload but gave it a trial with the new app). Initially I really liked it but my internet’s not great and so it’s totally eaten all my data whilst I’ve been out this morning and then again on the school run. I wondered if a feature could be added to turn off data usage for uploading in the background? I know you can turn data usage off for the app which I did, but briefly turned back on and back off again when I needed it whilst out. The…

We would love to be able to edit our summative assessments in the group view page, rather than just in the individual child page. Sometimes we find it useful to assess all children in a group on one aspect, rather than one child on all aspects. Apologies if this is already possible - we can't seem to do it!

I love this report from the tracking options, under General but for me I think it would be so much more useful if I could add more filters. I would like to display for just one key person at a time, or only full staff members, leaving off pin only staff. I'm not sure whether this would be possible, but I would also like it to show me how many observations are unpublished for each staff members key children, whether they are the author or not. Currently the report shows the observations each staff member has authored, where as I would like to be able to filter this to show authored by anyone.
