Previously on the snapshots the only coding for whether children are below, at or above their actual age only related to the age band a child was assessed in and did not take into account the refinement. We have now added an option to include refinements, which managers can enable by going to the Control Panel -> Settings -> Summative Assessments and in the 'Early Years Foundation Stage' section tick the 'Use refinements when assigning the colour coding for whether a child is above, at or below expectations' option. Before this change, and without the refinement option enabled, a 50 month old child who had been assessed as 30-50 emerging would be green, but …

To help provide extra clarification you can now see transfer contents, such as children being transferred and whether relatives are being transferred on the transfer pages. To see this information you will need to go to the Control Panel -> Transfer Children. Sending settings can see this information by clicking on a transfer and looking in the 'Contents' box. They will also be able to see the children they are sending by clicking where it says 'children' underneath the transfer on the 'transfer children' page. The receiving setting will be able to see this once they have selected the data to receive.

Managers can now receive notifications for transfer events - so when a child transfer is ready, when the other setting have accepted, when the transfer is completed. This is to help you know what stage the transfer is at and whether there is anything that needs to be done on your account. You can set your notification preferences for this by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner on the browser version of Tapestry, selecting 'edit preferences' and clicking on the 'change notification preferences' button.

When you go to the 'PDF Downloads' section on the Control Panel, you can now see a section for PDFs generated by yourself, and a section for PDFs generated by other managers.

This matches how PDFs were exported on the original version of Tapestry. They only won't show up if you use the 'printer-friendly' format when exporting an observation or journal.

This feature will allow you to send out password reset emails to multiple relatives or staff at once. To do this you just need to go to the control panel and then go to the appropriate manage relatives/staff page. Then you can select the relatives or staff members you want to reset the password for from the tick boxes at the end of the row, and from the pop-up box in the bottom right hand corner select 'reset password' and press go.

It is now possible to delete media from observations in bulk on the browser version of Tapestry, this can be done when adding or editing an observation. All you need to do is select media you want to delete from the tick boxes at the end of the row, scroll down, and at the end of the list of all your media click on the 'delete selected media' button.

We have just added a group view for the statement screen, where you can see the number of times a statement has been observed for each child for a specific aspect in a term. To find this new screen you just need to go to the Snapshots page and in the 'Development Matters Statements' section click on the 'Group View' button.

You can now filter the Analysis overview page to see the data for a specific group, year or period. You can access this page by clicking on the 'Analysis' option at the top of the screen; you will find the page filters at the top of the overview page.
