Hello it's quite frustrating trying to get help from the helpline all morning staff have not been able to log onto tapestry and upload or work on tapestry so frustrating l have sent emails and no one is getting back what a day. anyone know another way of getting to them to help

Hi everyone, Some of you may have experienced some errors today and yesterday whilst using Tapestry. Although you would have been able to access Tapestry you may have been unable to quickly move between pages or save new entries. This was the case between 13:10 and 13:23 GMT on the 7th of May and between 13:30 and 14:10 GMT today. We’d really like to apologise for that. Hi all. I just wondered if it is possible to generate a report using Tapestry? I can see a section for reports when you click on each child but I presume that is something you have to type in yourself . I'm being very lazy and hoping there might be something that can be printed off based on what has been observed over a period of time. Many thanks, Gill

Hi, I'm a complete newbie to Tapestry. I've managed to set it all up and staff are writing observations but i can't figure out how to publish them to the journal. They are all set for manager's approval but how do i access that bit to actually send them from the tapestry online? TIA Fay Nichols
