Hi everyone, Just in case you missed it, we sent out an email at the end of last week about a change we're making to the cost of Tapestry and the FSF. This is what it said: Dear all,We wanted to let you know of a change we are making to the way we charge for Tapestry.During the very early days of Tapestry, most of our customers came from our Early Years Foundation Stage Forum (The FSF). When writing observations up I have noticed that I can only choose points from 1 age band. I have been trying to add another point from a higher age band but it then cancels out my other points I have chosen. Am I doing something wroing or can you only choose points from 1 area in 1 age band per observation??

I have downloaded the main Tapestry Journal and a zip file of videos for a child who is leaving. But is it possible to also download the Reports we have written? They are not included in the Journal and I can't see an option to download them.

I have made my permissions so parents are unable to download pictures but it appears this is not stopping them. One if my staff memeber was there when her husband logged on and she watched him navigate tapestry. It seems he was able to save the photo to his iPad. How can we stop this? What permissions am i meant to turn on and off. How can I keep images of other children safe if all parents can save the pictures to their device and then share them.

Hi, we are in the process of setting up Tapestry and getting parental permission. We have just had one parent who is asking to stay with the paper based journals as she is worried about online security, because it seems too easy for computer systems to be hacked. How can I reassure her and hopefully change her mind? Thanks Debi

I am in a bit of a dilemma as I've been in talks with the school who most of our Pre-Schoolers go on to. They are wondering about the downloading of the children's journals onto disk for parents and the problems with GDPR. This would mean that if the journals aren't downloaded when they finish reception year, the children's observations from when they were 2 onwards would be deleted and no one would be able to access them at all - all of that work gone! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? I think the school are worried about parents copying photos which have other children in. Help on this would be helpful. Thank you

I am downloading the journals onto PDF for our leavers. These journals do not seem to include the links to EYFS, is this normal or have I missed a tab somewhere? Thank you.

Can anyone help- I want to allow all the parents of the 66 children leaving us to be able to download their child's learning journal- do I have to do each one individually or is there a quicker way to do this for a group of them? I have found the tutorial for doing it but there is no mention for doing it for more that 1 child?
