Hi We've just going through our learning journal for our school leavers and it's coming up with a problems when the staff member has been made inactive or deleted as they have left the setting, they are coming up as pin only staff? Does anyone know how this looks on the journal will there observation not appear on the journey? Many thanks Debbie

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone can help. At the end of the year, we usually download all the tapestry learning journeys onto a CD (so they work like a USB for a CD drive in a laptop/computer). I'm not sure how useful this actually is for our parents now as most have phones (and some not computers) and most new laptops no longer have a CD drive. We have attempted emailing in the past, but the files are all far too big. What does everyone else do at the end of the year so parents get to keep their child's learning journey? I know that parents have the chance to download the tapestry learning journey as a PDF file - but my understanding is that this can…

Hi everyone, This post is to let you know that following an update to our system on the morning of the 30th of May, an issue occurred where some assessments made through the app as part of new observations were not saving. This did not affect anything added through the browser (website) version of Tapestry. Hi, I have just started to use the care diary this week and I think I like it! Its taking me slightly longer than writing in their books but I am hoping I will speed up once I'm more familiar with it and have more of my meals on there. My question.....I was wondering if we could also use the general log as an attendance record? I have been using the general log to record what activities we have done and used the start/finish time to reflect what time they arrive/leave. It seems like a duplication to then write down on a piece of paper the times they arrived and left. If they have a day off I could create an entry and put 'Holiday' or "sick" in the log. Is anyon…

Hi, I recently just upgraded my Tapestry from a trial account to a full account. As a school we already have an electronic assessment programme that currently requires an age band and stage each term and allows us to highlight DM statements that have been completed. We completed this information for all children at Easter. Now we are starting to convert over to Tapestry I want to add in the Easter assessment information for each child so that when it comes to July I can update it with the Summer term assessment.
