Hi I've been migrated overnight to the new site and WOW it's fantastic, so much easier and looks fab. I would like to use a parents guide for our new intake and have used your parents guides on this site before and have been very useful, but is there a new guide for the new site anywhere ?. The text would be the same I assume just the pictures would be different . Many thanks Cheryl

We have written this post to provide an explanation of an issue some of you may have recently experienced. Due to a combination of circumstances for about 400 Tapestry accounts, some or all photos and videos added to observations made between May 16th and May 21st were deleted in error. We really apologise if you have been affected by this issue and we can assure you we are working hard on restoring this media. The cause of this was a mistake at our end, no data has been incorrectly shared. We believe that almost all the data is on our backup systems. We are working to recover the data from our backup systems in waves. Some of you may find your missing med…

Hello all. We have been working really hard to make sure all the children's observations are up to date so that then Tapestry will generate the correct next steps for all the children. However, in Physical Development one child has one statement left to tick off from Moving & Handling to take them from 'Developing' to 'Secure' but the next steps are not producing that as a next step, in fact, it is producing next steps that have already been achieved. Am I missing something here? I have included screenshots of the next steps and the Development Matters statements.

Hi everyone, As some of you may be aware, Tapestry was inaccessible today for just under 50 minutes between 13:32pm and 14:17pm UK time. We are really sorry for this downtime and any inconvenience that you may have experienced. This was caused by an error on our end. Although unfortunately this meant you were not able to login, we would like to reassure you that no data was lost or put at risk. To explain in a bit more detail: Your connections to Tapestry are encrypted. There are two parts to this encryption: 1) the encoding of the messages and 2) the proof that your message is being sent to Tapestry and not to anybody else. The encoding of t…
