Hi all, As some of you may have noticed, on Thursday last week we announced a new screen on Tapestry, for tracking relative activity on your accounts. Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily take the Relative Activity screen down as we noticed some issues with the way the scores were being calculated and we didn't want the screen to be giving people information that was misleading. We are working on fixing this as we speak and we are hoping to have the screen back up and running very shortly. We will let you know as soon as we have been able to add the screen back again. Hello all, I have a family due to leave very soon and I want to give them access so that they can download their child's file. However, I am conscious that with the new GDPR coming in that there is a risk with this data being shared as online and could potentially be e-mailed, posted on line, photographs posted having been copied etc. Therefore, is there a letter somewhere which I can refer to as a template to remind parents that it is there responsibility once child leaves our setting to ensure the information is kept safe and their responsibility if they do share any of the information contained within that we are not liable. Trying to take out a subscription for our other setting but every time I go to pay I get an error 5080 : Form transaction registration failed. Have tried different platforms but same thing. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering how everyone manages their staffs time on the tablets. We expect each child to have at least one observation in each area of learning, every term. So that is 17 observations per child. In preschool we have about 25 children in total between 3 members of staff, so that's about 8 children each. 8 x 17 = 137 observations per term, which can be quite demanding on their time. I really don't want our staff to have their heads in the tablets trying to get them all done but am unsure how they can do it all and spend time engaged in the activities they are observing too. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Is there a way we can upload the UPN and postcode info for the whole cohort or will it need to be typed in individually? Just thinking ahead as i would like to use tapestry to send my end of year data in but haven't yet added postcodes and UPNs.

Good morning, can you tell me how often you do your assessments and refinements on tapestry. Do you do them after each observation,termly or maybe 6 weekly. Am I. right in saying you don't need an observation for every assesment. We are just trying to get it right for our children so we don't have any gaps in their learning. Many thanks

Hi there, We are a preschool in Stotfold Central Bedfordshire, we have 100 preschool children and a further 200 wrap around children on our records. I'm new to Tapestry and am starting to get to grips with all the functions. Can anyone help? Can you link to settings together for a child if they attend two?

Hi everyone, We’ve been finding recently that some of you have been running into difficulties because your Tapestry account only has one manager on it. There definitely are circumstances where only having one does make the most sense, and of course you know the specific circumstances of your setting, so feel free to leave it like that if that is the best thing for you, but we wanted to explain why we do recommend that you have more than one manager on your Tapestry account. Hi Not sure if this is in the right place to place this question. Is there any way I can print off all children's next steps in one print rather than going into each individual child's individual profile and then print off their next steps? Many thanks Radish
