I am currently on a trial account and 3 days ago I applied to make it into a full account. I was just wondering how long it takes to receive the invoice to pay. I am so worried that I could lose all the information I have put in so far.

Is there a way to make a summative assessment more personal. Currently we produce a summative assessment 3 times a year, at the end of each full term. We would like to add some notes to these to make them more specific about the child's achievements and interest for the term. Thanks for your help

Hi, I share a child with another setting but the child is leaving us and moving full time to the other setting, we have had separate Tapestry journals for the child so I am going to transfer our one to the new setting but is there any way for them to actually combine both journals once I have done it? So they just have the one journal? Hope that makes sense!

Can someone please explain how the average number of observations figure is got to on the Thoroughness picker please. I am guessing that for the number if observations so for children to be good then the average number needs to be 2. Please help. Many thanks Mel

Hi, I’m new to tapestry and I’m just trying to get to grips with how we are going to use it in my year R setting. I’m thinking...as when we assess children it is meant to be when they are at their independent level, it makes sense not to add the assessment statements to observations when we are recording something that has been adult directed..... Is that how everyone else uses it? So the assessment data Tapestry collects is purely independent? It’s a bit of a minefield! But obviously great!! Thank you in advance for any replies!

Hi, Our setting is new to using Tapestry. At the moment all staff log in and it is automatically set to log in as manager. How do I change this so staff log in as themselves?

Hi all We are new crèche starting out and are looking at a variety of options for planning and assessment to make it as streamlined and time efficient as possible. I have started my trial of tapestry and it looks really good, I will have play with it and look more at the tracking side. Please can anyone help with the following Are you able to use Tapestry to do planning or did anyone use any other programs alongside tapestry or instead off? Hi all, We just wanted to let you know about an upcoming change to the navigation of the browser version of Tapestry. As we add more features and functions to Tapestry, we want to ensure that it doesn’t become too crowded and that you are still able to easily navigate your way around Tapestry. So, with this in mind, we have created a new tab at the top of the page called ‘Tracking’, to replace the ‘Snapshot’ and ‘Analysis’ tabs. All the same screens will be available to you, as well as the new KS1, KS2 and SEND tracking screens (if you have these frameworks enabled) that will also be going live with this new tracking tab.
