Hi, I was wondering about renewal of your tapestry subscription, do you lose all the children when you renew or do they stay? What happens when the children go on to school do they stay on your system or do they disappear? Any help greatly appreciated Thanks Nat

Hello....I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to filter the objectives that can be 'covered' by an observation so that you can only select what the child is yet to achieve? I have, in the past, spent too long observing children and then found that they have already achieved all the objectives covered in the observation. I know this can be seen via a laptop or desktop but can it be changed in the app?

After using the free trial I paid the subscription fee for up to 40 children. I have had nothing but trouble and am unable to log onto my account. I have contacted customer services twice and had no reply from them. Is customer service always this poor? I am due to open tomorrow and still unable to get into my account. :angry:

I'm an administrator at a setting, which my child attends. He also attends another setting which is local to where we live. Both settings use Tapestry, but there is a huge difference in the quantity and quality of observations in my son's journal between the two. It has got me wondering whether there are any 'best practice' guidelines that would be good to share with the staff at our setting and thought there might be some settings on here that would be willing to give me some insight as to how you use it at yours, and importantly, how you manage the staff's usage... Do you have a set number of obs that you like your staff to record per child? Does that vary acco…

When I go onto the home page or observations on the computer as the admin, there are now 9 pages of observations. Without scrolling through them all to see if they are in journals or not I cannot see easily. Is there a way that only the obs that have not been put in journals show up? Thanks - Newbie
