Good morning, I saw a link on Facebook that there was a new Care Diary Introduction to Tapestry. I can't find it on the control panel, please could you let me know when it will be available to all weavers? Thanks

Hello, I'm the IT administrator for our school, i've been left with the frustrating task of trying to access accounts set up by a user who left the school in a hurry without any handover.. Please can you advise how to access the other 2 accounts in the image attached? When i run through the password reset it only resets the KS1 account "password reset" It goes round in circles with the reset with no obvious wait to reset the passwords for the other 2 accounts. I'm tearing my hair out here please help! Thank you, Chris Dews

I have worked out how to link children against the EYFS for their reports. However I am wondering if you can make this more personalised? with information about the child and how they demonstrate this e.g. bob often is playing with his peers especially within group games. Bob often leads the play and helps younger children join in.

Ok think im being a bit dense this Am ! (whats new?) If i am wanting to add a 'profile' photo to the childs learning journal can i only add it from my computer? What i mean is that i often work on my browser (not app) but if i try to add a profile picture it asks me to browse from my laptop...i dont download the photos to my laptop generally so how can i pick up a photo from the childs learning journal??

Hi, I have just added all my new children for September, I would like to add the parents, and activate them on the day the child starts. But Tapestry confirms that a message has been sent to the parent even though I have marked them as inactive. Am I missing something on set up ?

Hi, I am having real trouble downloading the classes learning journeys and saving them. I think the system logs me out as it takes so long. Anybody know of a quick way to download the children on mass or know a way I can stop it from logging out? Thanks in advance Heather

Hi Guys, Hoping you can help! I recently received a transfer of file from another setting. I accepted the transfer but as I wasn't sure what to do next I didn't merge the file to the child's current one that we hold. Therefore the transfer was sitting there for a month. I have now had notification that the other setting cancelled the transfer. I hadn't realised it was on a time frame and now think the child's data might be lost forever?! I'll contact the other setting to check, but wondered if anyone can shed any light on this beforehand? Thanks

Hi there, I've just found out that y LA is not renewing their subscription at the end of June - their reason being that most settings only use this site to use Tapestry and Tapestry is not something they promote (No idea if they have actually spoken to any settings but I don't know any that only use this site for Tapestry!!) Anyway, what do I do as we do use Tapestry and I don't want anything to happen to my account.....do I need to email someone to link up a subscription to this site and my Tapestry account? Thank you
