Hello, I understand that to print out you create a 'pdf' file but I can't see how to change the permissions so that anyone can do this, it only seems to be me as the manager that can. Any advice?

Hi, Being a bit of a techie-phobe I am unsure how/whether tapestry will work for our department and would welcome some advice from other users! We have two EYFS classes (one Nursery and the other Reception). Can we buy one account and use it for both classes? I am guessing it would make it much easier when children transfer from Nursery to Reception, or would it be better to create 2 accounts?? Secondly - how many tablets do other settings use? Does each Key Person have their own? Lastly - what storage is best when looking at what tablet to purchase - will have approximately 40-50 children to add to system. Thanks for any advice.

Hi all! I have a a couple of questions regarding Tapestry, hopefully someone will shed a light? * Are parents notified when a new report is added for their child? I know I need to allow parents to view them, but I am not sure if the'll receive email letting them now that new report was added. * When adding a report- is there any way I can change the age of child? I need to do some additional reports (adding some 2 year old checks on Tapestry in the format we used to do before we started using Tapestry for example) but it seems that changing the age is disabled? Thanks for your responses!

After setting the Maintained Achievement Point (MAP) for each child you can then look at making assessments using the new KS assessment model - please see this tutorial for instructions on how to add MAPs for children and this tutorial if you haven't set up the KS assessment framework on your account at all. I really like the idea of user permissions. I have been trying to set it so that individuals can access certain parts of Tapestry but seem unable get a drop down menu that allows me to select individual members of staff. I am unable to send in a support ticket as when I put all the details in it says 'fields must be set' and 'which device are you using' but there is no option for me to select these things. Please help!!

Hi, I really like the update to the analysis section however I wondered if it possible to see throughness of number of obserations/notes totalled rather than just the number with assessments attached. For example Child A may have 13 observations with EYFS assessments that I can see on the thoroughness section of EYFS analysis however they may have 27 observations in total. Is there way of seeing just this as a comparison like you can with EYFS assessments? (Hope that makes sense). Also similar, I can see the average number of observations with assessments attached made by staff, but can I see exact number of TOTAL observations made (both with and without assessme…

Hi I was just wondering why all of a sudden our parents are getting notifications in the early hours of the morning. We have had a couple of complaints as its waking them up. I put obs on at 2pm Wednesday and notification went to parents at 2am.. Can I change the times they get them. Many thanks Emma..
