First of all can I say what a pleasure it is to be using this wonderful system! The tutorials are fabulous, I have learned so much, however, I am currently fielding questions about the next steps; where are they from? Some seem so obscure that we can't relate them to the EYFS statements. I'm sure its me missing something but if you could help i would be eternally grateful!

I currently give 1:1 support to a child at my setting. Child also attends another SEN setting. Both settings use Tapestry-is it possible to share info, in the same way that parents can log on and view? Not looking to be able to comment on each others obs, just view, for the purposes of sharing useful information and therefore informing future practice for this child?

Is there a quicker way to add observations to journals. We add our observations once a half term, ensuring all children have a good range of observations. At the moment I select all on page (30 obs), and then choose to add to journal. Is there a way of adding all?

Ive managed somehow to save a parents password to tapestry which now keeps coming up when I'm logging on! help....I need to remove it without removing the parent obviously ...anyone know how I do this?

Can parents see observations that are not in journal? i want to hide some observations from parents is this possible? thanks

Hi I added a group observation and added it to journal then realised I needed to split it for comments. However some parents liked it before I split it and now that I have spilt it it says three likes on each observation? Will that update itself to no likes or should I do something?

Help please! I am the assessment lead at a 1 form entry primary school and we have started using tapestry this year, which the teachers and TAs love. However, my role requires me to access the data in a different way. can anyone point me in the right directions to be able to filter the areas so I can collate the % of children at exceeding or expected for each term. I hope this makes sense. x
