Hi On old Tapestry if you went into relatives you could see which parent hadn't logged in so I could then chase them up. How can I do this now? I can't seem to find this information anymore. Thanks for any help. Jocrow

We came back after Christmas to the 'new' Tapestry. This may or may not be a the cause of the problems we're having printing observations. For various reason we print all our observations and it's never been a problem. We used the box with an upward pointing arrow to the right of the browser bar. Since Christmas, what prints off is twice the size it used to be. I've found an alternative way of printing which is: to use the 'export/ printer' friendly route at the top of the obs. This was ok at first, although what printed off was smaller than we would like. But now we're finding that what prints off is unpredictable in size, even if you print off two observations in i…

Hi Is it me being daft but when a parent adds an observation I don't get notified but currently I have it set so all observation have to be approved by the manager and I did not see a parent observation until a few days when going through them all. I know it is more work having it set like this but we currently have staff with dyslexia and when starting on Tapestry they stressed they would only feel comfortable if they were checked prior, we also have apprentices carrying out observations and as they are learning it was also to support them in what observations contain and they can develop them when needed prior to parents seeing them. Our staff access Tapestry with a PIN, which means each device has to be logged in first by a manager, using a password. This means that only managers have access from outside the setting - which is what we want. Since we returned after Christmas it has been a nightmare. Where once the iPads would stay logged in unless and until someone accidentally logged them out instead of switching users, now they seem to be doing it whenever they're left unused for any length of time. This certainly happens overnight but can also happen several times a day. We're all becoming really frustrated at the time it's wasting. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm wondering whether it…

Hi when setting up a new parent, I set their password for them. I wondered why now I have to set up a PIN for them aswell? Its no problem I just wondered why this had been added when before this wasnt needed as parents did it once logged in.

I just wanted to say that we have been using Tapestry for a couple of weeks now and LOVE IT. I wish I had gone with my instincts and transferred from paper format two years ago when we discussed it. My staff prefer it and my parents are all starting to acess their accounts now, so am just waiting for feedback. I really am so delighted with it and know there is probably a lot more for me to discover! Thank you for a brilliant tool and for such quick and friendly customer service/support.?
