Hi Is there a way of explaining to my team how to use refinements for each observation. Do we tick each objective in a certain age band and decide whether they are emerging, developing, secure on that obs or as a keyworker knowledge. Team are just asking as they are putting secure on e.g. 30-50mths as they have put their coat on pulled up zipper confidently BUT they are still in nappies, can't use equipment safely and can't observe activity. What do the refine them on? Thank you Cheryl

Filters on the overview page These new filters will allow you to change the information that you're seeing on the Overview page in Analysis - that's the first page you go to when you click on the Analysis tab. Parents without email

Hello! Am hoping to set up tapestry in the next few weeks and am currently collecting emails from parents. We have a few parents from the traveller community who don't have an email address, and also cannot read/write. Just wondering how people get around this? Have people set up email accounts for them? Or have just sat down with them once a week to show obs etc? Any tips as to what to do would be great full! Thanks in advance

Hi Is there a way that I am missing, in the EYFS area when doing an observation? I have examples as I am not sure that my question make sense. Has anyone changed the term dates. I havent yet but feel that the ones set by Tapestry are too long and do not include a winter term. My staff have still been tracking children according to our previous terms but I feel this would be easier if I manually changed this on Tapestry. How had everyone else done this? Thanks

Hi, We have 2 settings both using Tapestry, recently we have had a child transfer from one setting to the other, the child was transferred successfully and the staff are able to upload observations etc, but the childs parent can not access any of the observations been added since the transfer. The parent is recieving notifications when observations are added. We have migrated to the new version, but the child was transferred in September and hasnt been able to access her observations since then, she has deleted her app and redownloaded it and has completely signed out and back in. Is there any reason for this or anything we can do. Thank you

Hi all Can anyone help? I am the manager of a private day nursery and we are seriously considering using tapestry. However, we have only have internt access in our office, the signal is not strong enough to stretch into the nursery itself. Therefore is it possible to use tapestry to record and save observations etc before we upload them to the tapestry server? once these are saved our practitioners can take their tablets into the area where the wifi is available and upload them?
