Hi there, Please could you advise me as to whether there is an option to view an individual child's areas of learning, those statements that they have achieved and those that they have yet to achieve. The rest of the school use School Pupil Tracker Online and this is a feature that they are keen to see being used, particularly in Reading, Writing and Maths and we would prefer to be doing this through Tapestry, rather than using two programmes! I think the idea is that it would show gaps in areas of learning and would give focused handover, particularly at the end of the year when moving to year 1. Many thanks, Rachael

I placed a status on a facebook page regarding training as was overwhelmed is setting wanting training, there where many comments which I then asked to comment on here, but if they do not have the sign in details as usually would be the manager then they cannot post. Do you have a facebook/twitter Page that is direct to you. There are many setting that are interested in either web training or meeting in local areas together, Can you help with this I understand that some training was delivered in Devon (I think it was.) So can you help with training? if so where will training take place? How do we contact or do we have to source this ourselves?. I love Tapest…

I am the Early Years Leader at Alston and I am keen to start using Tapestry. The Pre-School which feeds into us is also keen to begin using it. We are not officially linked to the Pre-School but we are on one site and all of their children feed into us. Is it possible for us to begin using Tapestry together? I spoke to someone who said that one of us would have to be the host but I don't really understand! Thank you Pauline Porteus

Several of my parents have reported issues logging in lately. They have all been recently set up, and could access their child's learning journal last month, but haven't been able to this month. I've checked that they are still active, and they are. The only way I can reactivity th is to delete the parent account and add it back. Can you help?

Apologies if this has already been asked somewhere but is there or will there be an option to upload anything other than photos? I read a post whereby someone asked about creating newsletters and I thought it would be a really good idea to be able to upload newsletters for all my parents. Thanks in advance

I have managed to delete nearly all of the families that have moved onto school off the relatives page- however I have this message on a couple of relatives pages ''This user has already made observations, reports or comments and so cannot be deleted'' I don't want the relative on the system at all any more as they have moved into school- how do I do this? Making them inactive is not what I wish to do. .

Prior to the update we used to have the option to check the observation on the right hand side when creating a report, that option has gone now?? Can we have it back please? many thanks

Hi, if i take a photo of the childs writing the photo seems to come out a little blurry when uploaded. It looks fine on the ipad when taken seperately, and fine when taken on tapestry bt once loaded and i view it the text is a little blurry. Why is this and can i do anything?
