I am trying to upload a video to an observation and it keeps coming back with "the file you selected was too large to be uploaded". Any suggestions please?

Selecting more than one age band

Why is it that we cannot select 2 different age bands? For example when doing a large observation the staff are often saying they want to mark off some statements in 30-50 and also in 40-60. Also is there a way I could make staff only able to view their own children's obs, but be able to write obs about any of the children in the setting. They are finding that when they go back to finish an obs they are having to scroll through loads before getting to their child. I know that I can limit them to see only their key children but if I do that they cannot complete an ob for someone else's key child. (That's if I've understood it correctly?)

Hi, I need to send all my parents a reset password email. Is there a way of doing this or dominneed to check the cog for each individual parent then go in to their pae send email.

I thought I had read somewhere that there is an ECAT tool within Tapestry. I cannot find it. Please can someone show me where it might be using an idiots guide. I have the SALT tool as a paper copy but would like to link it to the child on Tapestry. TIA Thank you

The analysis section is telling me I have 17 children in the setting (15 active). I only have 15 so where do I find the two 'hidden' children? I suspect I have taken a couple off who have left but have put them somewhere where it is still counting them.

Hi , We are juts trialing Tapestry and I have started to use the App on the tablet but note that things like the next step stuff etc is not on the app but on the browser. So my question is do most people use this system via the browser or a combination of both? Or am i missing something many thanks Lisa

Filter for app

The website filter is great as allows you to view what you want. It would be great if this could be done on app. Is there a way to only view observations not in journal on app? We have loads of observations and takes to get to the one you want!!
