Hi, I was just wondering is there any easy way to see who needs a baseline assessment? On the old website as you scrolled through the children if they did have a baseline it would be displayed and if not there would be no display. It was very easy to quickly see who needed one that way. Also, baseline assessments are completed within 6 weeks of the child starting with us and sometimes the children are under two so will only have information on the prime areas. Does anyone else have this issue? I am trying to think of a way around it, I am thinking at the time of the child's two year check the key person should update the baseline assessment to include the specific…

Hi - one of my staff members has deleted a group observation before splitting it and has therefore deleted the observation for everyone. I have looked at the deleted observations and it is not there. Can you let me know how I might retrieve it please. Thank you.

Good afternoon, At a recent staff meeting, the staff at our nursery brought up a suggestion for the tapestry app that I sent to Tapesty and they wanted to see if anyone else agreed with this suggestion. On the Tapestry app, when creating an observation, Tapestry gives you a warning if you have missed the title of the observation or the key child. What my staff suggested was when you create an observation with the EYFS criteria that we get a notification if the refinements aren't completed. This is because a lot of observations in my setting have missed this which doesn't help with snapshots and assessments in Tapestry later on. I don't know if anyone would li…

Am getting to grips with new updated Tapestry software. Have noticed an option to 'hide multiple observation media from relatives' through settings-relatives. It is currently set to hide, but I am unsure as to what this means for parents. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi folks, I've just been made aware that a parent has shared photos from their child's Tapestry journal and added them to Facebook! Although it only shows their child, I feel uncomfortable about this!! Have a missed a setting somewhere that would prevent this? or do I need to make it clear to parents that they mustn't share? Please could you tell me what happens once i have added a parents details. Do i need to chose 'make active' before they get an email to set up their password? We want parents to receive the access email on a set date once all parents have been added.
