ok so if I have a 'mum' set up on their childs 'account' how do I add 'dad' etc or does everyone need their own password and the child is just linked by name????

We are fairly new to Tapestry but have managed to use the easy setup. However, when clicking the Analysis tab and then scrolling down to EYFS, it says we have some unapproved EYFS assessments yet all observations which have EYFS assessments have been approved for entry into the journals. How do we find out what EYFS assessments are unapproved and then approve or remove them?

Hi I am new to Tapestry. I want to be able to see by individual child, their up to date status. So their aspect, age band and refinement they are at currently, based on the full length of time at the setting not just one term. Can I do that? Also can we adjust how many observations need to completed in each aspect before a child is moved up a refinement level? Hope you can help! Cheryl

This morning, Wednesday 28th September, the updated Tapestry has been suffering some performance issues - we have noticed it is running very slowly and some users have reported some loading issues. We are busy fixing it and we will let you know once it is resolved. In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience this is causing you. The original version of Tapestry is not affected.

Hi, Wonder if anyone can help me. We recently added a group observation to tapestry and sent it to two of the parents of children on the photo. One parent could see the photo plus both children's ELG's. While the other got the wrong child's ELG and no picture. Is there anyway we can do group observations with the right parents receiving the right information, without us having to do all the children separately? Thanks

Deleting Staff

I have seen and read the tutorials about setting staff as inactive, and that you can only delete old members of staff if they have never made a comment / observation in Tapestry. If I remove the children after they have left, I am assuming that after the 30 day time period, their comments will also be deleted. Does this mean that I will then be able to delete the member of staff? Thanks

Hi, we have started using tapestry and absolutely loving it. We now need to write to parents explaining tapestry, use, App etc. Is there a template letter to use to cover permissions too?
