Hi there, We are still very new to Tapestry, and have found it such an easy way to be able to keep track of the children's observations. The thing I am struggling with is how can i see each child's individual log to see what level they are at? This is probably very obvious but I can't see the wood for the trees! Many Thanks!

When we paid our subscription last, a new setting was set up for us with a similar name to ours (the correct one includes "and after school club") The admin team corrected this and attached our subscription to our correct setting but the wrong one does not seem to have been deleted and now it is acting as the default setting so my staff and parents cannot get into our Tapestry journal without clicking change location. Could you remove the setting with the name "M.. Playgroup" for us? Thank you in advance for your help

Hi I just wondered if anybody could recommend which tablet to purchase to use tapestry at my nursery. We have just completed a trial and are wanting to go ahead, but are unsure which tablets to buy as have been using a laptop up until now. Id ideally like to be able to have the tapestry app not just use it through the browser. Thanks in advance

If you are using Tapestry in a Reception setting, how many devices do you have? Do you have one per adult? If not, how do you manage obs if the adults are in different areas of the unit?

I have a member of staff who keeps editing observations once I have approved them, so they ping back into the observation list for me to reapprove, which is getting rather annoying! (And yes, I have had words about this.) Does anyone know if there is a way to stop her doing this once I have approved an ob?

Hello, Apologies if this is in the wrong place. New cohort. Old cohort know how to delete them but I am aware this makes them inaccessible to parents. Is the only way to "save" their learning journeys for the parents is to print them all out? I am sure we could pay for more children but obviously that would be unsustainable! Thanks in advance.

I have changed to the updated Tapestry and it looks good. However, I'm having difficulty seeing how I can delete any assessments that have been added by a member of staff. Occasionally they don't get it right so I used to change or delete an assessment they had ticked. But can't work out how to do it with the updated Tapestry.
