Hello, please can anyone explain how you can set up a new baseline for transferred recepetion children from nursery without over riding the existing baseline. We need to be abe to measure the progress form the start of reception class whilst retaining the information from the nursery baseline. Many thanks

I have transferred a child's journal and all the obs are there but not the photos. I wondered if anyone else had had this and the photos eventually filtered in????? I have put a support ticket in but was curious to know if anyone else had had this problem.

We have just signed up to Tapestry and despite emailing several times I either haven't had a response or the reply has not answered the queries. We can only get the app to work on one tablet as it doesn't recognise any log in details despite them working on another tablet. We can only seem to add children if we access the system via the internet. We cannot find out how to delete a profile either. What a nightmare. Support is woeful. We are beginning to regret our decision in purchasing this system!

Is there a way on the 'new' Tapestry to select 'highest age band and refinements' when looking at the group snapshots? That's how I've printed out key groups each term but I can't see where to change it from just the period instead? (Hope that makes sense!)

Where do we send parents to for them to download pdf journal, I've given a parent new website address but it keeps redirecting her to old version she seems to be having trouble. Can anyone clarify if parents access through new web address to complete download?

Hi, I have only just downloaded Tapestry to start using this week in an international EYFS setting. I am new to Reception and would like to know if there is any baseline assessment with the app or am I best doing my own? Any advice greatly appreciated Mrs Duff

Hi, Help please! I put all of our new pupils onto tapestry but they only appear through "control panel" then the "manage children" section. There appear to be no children on the ipad app and no children on the website when the "children" tab is clicked so I won't be able to add any observations tomorrow. However when I go to the "control panel" then "manage children" they are all there! How do I get the pupils to reappear?!!! Many thanks in advance for your help. We are quite new to tapestry so I'm very grateful for your help!

Hi, This is my first time posting so hope I'm doing it right! Can anybody please tell me does the data from the previous year's cohort (Reception now going into Y1) delete automatically when the new cohort's data is put in? We have had a swap round of teacher's (I'm the new YR teacher) and last year's profiles no longer appear on Tapestry. If anyone could help please that would be great. Thank you
