Apologise for this question - probably a simple answer and me and my techy skills. :rolleyes: I have asked my parents to complete these prior to the child starting but many are coming back saying they can't view it. I have sent them a PDF of how to find it but then by return email saying still cannot find this section. I am now assuming I must need to activate them seeing it somehow but can't find where. Can some one help me out on this please. Should also mention still running on old system until I can update all work tablets when we go back end of next week. Thanks in advance.

Howdy, We currently have two different Tapestry subscriptions (60 each) on two different FSF accounts. We use one for EYFS and one for Y1.We have them on separate accounts to keep the cohorts completely separate when using Tapestry. I want to extend Tapestry into Y2 this coming year and again, I wanted to keep it 'clean. by moving the kids into a separate account. The question I have is, do I need to make a separate FSF account again to sign up to Tapestry, or can I just buy another subscription from this account? (Or am I making this way more complicated than it should be?) Cheers, John

Hi all What are you all doing with previous children's reports? None of our feeder schools use tapestry, so we printed their reports and passed them on. I'm tempted now to set a date by which the reports will be deleted, and advise parents they have until then to print if they wish? what are other settings doing? Many thanks

Is it possible for the manager access to our tapestry account be hidden / not available to the rest of the staff? Currently only I as manager can make changes etc etc but anyone can get onto my account from the 'staff drop down' log in. Therefore it is actually accessible to all. Tigger

I was wondering if anyone had either written a new policy or amended an existing one since they started using Tapestry. I'm thinking mainly along the lines of e-safety and staff using Tapestry on their own computers at home. Thanks

Dear Tapestry users.....and fellow colleagues... Could anyone please inform me how to enable the Tapestry system to ensure that when an observation is undertaken and posted - the parent/carer automatically gets a electronic notification...I worry that parents will become unresponsive if there is no alert e mail?
