Hi. Please can someone advise me. When uploading videos in a Memo (or observation), is there anyway of labelling the videos so that the children (parents) can watch them in the order that I want them too? Even if I upload one at a time - they seem to view in a random order. TIA

Hi all, We wanted to let you know that there is now an update to the beta version of the Android app available which includes some much requested new features! If you are using the iOS version of the app, please see this post about an update to the live version of the app. The beta version isn't live on the Play store, to access it you have to sign up to our beta program. You can do that by following this link here on the device you want to access the beta app on. Please note the beta is not available on Amazon Fire devices but do keep an eye out for an update to the live Android app in the hopefully not too distant future. It's very quick and easy to…

Good morning Can some one kindly give me some advice on how I can send parents messages on Tapestry without it being an observation. For example I want to send 10 parents a message about remembering to bring their books bags in daily. I normally have to do this by tagging all the children in an observation. Thank you

We are approaching the point where our security certificate for Tapestry will be renewed. We wanted to let you know that this time, we are planning to stop using 'Enhanced Validation' on the certificate. Enhanced Validation didn't change how secure your connection to Tapestry was, but in times gone by, it would show a green box in the address bar of the browser stating that the site was owned by 'The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd'. The idea was that, when you logged into Tapestry, you would do some research to establish that, yes, The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd is the company you wanted to communicate with and that, yes, the name had not been changed. In practice,…

Hello, I have created an observation for children in my Nursery about things they can do whilst at home. The link appears and work fine when I create it on my laptop. However I have had a parent contact me to say the the link does not work when she tries to access it on her phone. I tried this myself with a tablet and you are unable to click on the link. It doesnt give you the option to copy and paste the weblink either. The only way I can see to do it is to enter it manually. Can you help? Thanks
