Hello, we have a few doubts: Do we need to Map all children individually every year? Can Map be calculated from the summative assessment at the end of the year and automatically transferred to the following academic year? How do you assess children that are working below their year group in different subjects, for example, X Y4 is working at Y3 in Spoken language? Thank you

Hi We have recently started using Tapestry in our foundation unit and have been asked some questions by the KS1 and 2 teachers about tailoring Tapestry for the rest of the school. Basically, they want to use it for their foundation subjects. So is it possible, for example, to set a topic of The Romans and tailor the learning outcomes just for that topic rather than having to assess every outcome in that subject for every topic? And are the outcomes set by Tapestry or can we set our own outcomes as a school? Thanks Allie

Hi, We are new to tapestry. I can see the EYFS report function but for KS! it shows the EYFS curriculum. Is there a report function for KS1?

Similarly, we will ensure that any data from the Yr4 multiplication check goes straight into the corresponding MAP for Maths to give Yr5 teachers a clear indication of Yr4 achievement. The team at Tapestry can react promptly to any statutory changes announced by the DfE regarding Primary assessment. This means that you…
