Hi, I'm currently organising home visits for my September intake of Nursery Age Children. I have some funding to buy a book for each child. Does anyone know any good picture books about starting school?(preferably with a diverse range of children in it) Cheers

Hi everyone - I am currently putting together a CD of photos taken during the year which I intend to show to parents at the leavers assembly and to then copy for parents when their children leave to go on to Year 1. Last year I put some music on as background music and I am trying to think of something appropriate which is different to what I used last year ( time of my life, magic moments, ) Any ideas anyone? We are interested in purchasing some name badges for our staff. Just wondered if anyone can recommend a badge supplier. It is hard to know where to start when you don't actually know any suppliers. I've done a brief internet search and not much came up and nothing came up in Bristol at all. I've decided it doesn't need to be based in bristol. Out of interest do many of you have name badges for your staff?

Just picking your brains - am looking to buy a binder (the type where you insert plastic comb? edge) to make our Policies and other documents look a little bit nicer - has anyone got one? is it useful? is there much difference in the makes vs prices? are they a waste of time? too fiddly? or easy to operate? sorry for the 'twenty questions' but I don't want to go ahead and buy something which I later regret. Thanks

We have plenty of software and our ICT coordinator has asked if we would like some more 'ICT stuff' for nursery. We have Bee-bots, pixie and roamers to share with school but might like something else to explore and investigate. We also have a light box already. I'd preferably like something that children can use independently. Any ideas anyone? Have a great holiday (if you are having one)

A while back i was sent a sample sticker which aided toilet training. It was a black shape of an alien in a spaceship, and when 'weed' on the picture became colour and showed the alien. Does anyone have a clue about what i am talking about, if so where can i get these from?!

I've just been looking at the nursery rhyme tuff spot mat that you can buy on the TTS website. Has anyone used one? Where could you get small world figures to go on it? Thanks
