Toys

Hello everyone, We are looking to purchase some new toys for our pre-school but are fed up of buying toys that only last a few weeks! We have children from the age of 2 so the toys need to be durable but also hold the interest of a 4 year old. Apart from the usual blocks and tough spot I wondered if other folks could recommend items that are both popular and have stood the test of time? Thanks Ask

Hello I'm about to introuduce Mr Gumpy's Motorcar to nursery. I need some advice on cleaning sand I had just emptied two bags of sand into the sand tray when a "little helper" added a pot of water, pasta and peas. This could not be seived out because the sand was wet, Now it is damp and mouldy!!!! I have removed it from the sand tray but I am reluctant to throw two bags worth of sand away. I know some settings regularly clean their sand but we don't so advice and instructions for the best way to do this would be welcome. thanks
