hiya does anyone know where I can purchase quite a large "messy mat" to protect my classroom carpet to put underneath the table and chairs where the children eat and the high chairs. at the moment I have several pink flower messy mats from early learning centre, which are all taped together, and they are starting to look quite tacky now. was hoping to find a rather large one to save taping together again. thank u

I am trying to find a set of role play masks to print off the internet which include a Father Christmas, Elves etc rather thn the Christmas story type ones. It is for our new role play area which is to be 'Santa's Workshop'. I just cant find a set anywhere!! Has anybody come across some? I have tried sparklebox (my fave site!!) but cant seem to find any. I am apppealing to anyone that might be able to help!!! I am struggling to find pictorial of evidence of what is, might be and isnt child abuse. I am looking for hand slap marks, burns, you know the stuff!!!! I am emotionally exhausted, especially with what is unfolding once again! I'm trying to think of something healthy to cook/make with the children. I had previously though of "moon rocks" chocolate cornflake cakes but not very healthy! I need to plan an activity about promoting personal safety in children, do the activity and write about it for My Foundation Degree in Early Years, Safeguarding Children assigment.
