Something else that I'm looking for...... I know that you can buy a large scale construction kit that you can then put various "covers" over to make it into a bus, ambulance, etc. I though it was Quadro but can't find anything in the catalogues. Does anyone know where I can find it?

I'm sure that someone asked about useful websites to help children identify wildlife, wild flowers, etc. recently - but I can't find the post anywhere now! Anyway, in the new edition of Early Years magazine, they refer to this website, which looks quite good.... http://www.uksafari.com/

Book Search

Can anyone recommend any books for Pre School age children (2-4 yrs) re: keeping safe. I have heard of two books, one I think is called ' Out of reach' and one about getting lost and asking for help - do not know title, but cannot find on amazon, and have also heard of another about crossing the road and holding hands. Anything to do with safety (road, stranger danger, not playing with medicines etc.) - this would be a huge help. Can I rely on you good people? Thanks in advance, ever hopeful!

I Can Resources

I just came across these resources - the link has probably been posted before but there may be new members who haven't seen the resources or site in general. Although some of the resources say for schools only, in my experience you can often still order if you are in another setting. It's worth a try anyway! http://www.ican.org.uk/home/resources.aspx
