I hope someone can help me please. I took a video of me reading a story to put on Tapestry for the children in our Reception class this week (we are not back in school yet). The video is 7 mins long so thought it would be ok to upload as it says up to 10 minutes. I now have a green screen on my ipad whenever I login to the Tapestry app, 'Preparing your selection for upload'. I seem to be unable to now do anything with Tapestry on my ipad as I cannot cancel the upload. Does anyone know how I can cancel this? Thank you Lucy

I use my iPhone XR to do tapestry observations. Since the recent iPhone update tapestry has gone extremely slow. Photos take ages to load and when viewing ones I know have uploaded from previous days the photos aren’t available. Signing in is very slow and Face ID isn’t available or doesn’t work. It’s getting really frustrating. Has anyone else having problems
