Hi all, again!!! After finding out yesterday that I might not be eligible for funding to do the degree (I started yesterday) my boss has suggested going to the governors and seeing what they think about funding coming from within our own setting. My need here guys is this........ I need a list of all the reasons why this degree would be beneficial to our nursery (which is half private and half LA funded) and maybe even to the school as a whole. I can't seem to think straight. Too many ups and downs these past two days.................. Please help me focus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One in ten cannot recite the alphabet. I haven't found anywhere in the new EYFS that states we have to teach them to write a shopping list. Must try harder jackie

Anybody out there doing this? Just enrolled last night in Year 2. Wish me luck. I am going to need it but looking forward to it. I still think this is needed in early years as often at management level different skills are needed rather than early years degree.

From 2015 one of us will need a degree to continue as we are doing!!!!!
