Hi I am in my second year of the foundation degree, thinking of questions for my action research topic, which will lead to the special project shortly! ahhh... I am currently in my second year of my FDa and I am embarking in a small scale inquiry - here are my thoughts; I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A DISCUSSION, OPINIONS, THOUGHTS ON GENDER STEREOTYPING, specifically the following; I am looking at my small scale inquiry and I am considering investigating the influence of an all female practitioner setting on how we set up the environment and whether subliminally we set up based on gender? Hi For my research project I am looking at the outdoor environment in particular boys accessing more than girls. I am looking at the resources but also at adult preconceptions. I would like to use a parent questionnaire for part of this research and wondered if anyone had any good ideas for questions to put on it!! Some ideas I have had are: Are you happy for your child to get muddy/dirty at Pre-School Do you feel boys take more risks that girls Does your child have access to an outdoor environment at home Do you feel outdoor play is important Thanks Kris

Hello everyone, I have been searching on uni website for some theory relating to continuous provision and learning envirnoments and getting nowhere fast. Could any of you let me know of any texts or articles which discuss how continuous provision or learning environments promote development.
