Just finished it! Just the list of references to do and get it sent off. I don't think I've included enough references but I just couldn't see how to squeeze any more in and keep within the word limit. I pray I get a pass (**crosses fingers**), I couldn't bare having to do that again!! How's everyone else doing? Good luck everyone.

To get to the point I have gathered loads and loads of info sent out questionnaires and conducted two interviews. I want to say that play is soooo valuable within the foundation stage and have parents backing that it is, before becoming a fs unit we were a nursery attached to a school. I just…

Foundation Degree - here's the situation - me - not studied properly since doing NNEB mmmmmmmmmmm yrs ago. 3 children, and a mum (81) and 2 in laws to look after/keep an eye on - what do you think? Could only consider OU route if at all? Currently love my job and hours in Pre School as supervisor - really great team and flexible. Been there for 10 years. Honesty much appreciated - is it all worth it ( Fdegree)

I recieved a letter this morning from the university saying that I had failed my first module's coursework and would have to do it again in June. With the week that I have had, you can imagine the panic attack that ensued (I do suffer with panic attacks from time to time anyway!). I promptly got onto the college who assured me that there had been a administrative error on the part of the college and that my coursework (both parts) actually passed. What a relief. My tutor then went on to ask me about the latest job fun I have been having. I explained the situation to her and she feels that my 'problem' is that I find it difficult to seperate professional and personal r…

HI I have just read a post from a new member who is on the 4th year of there degree with the OU and is on the validation route of the EYPS I was under the belief that you had to have the degree before could go for the EYPS which is whet i have been waiting to complete. If this is not the case I could look at starting. Can someone tell me if this is the case and if so what experience qualifications do you need for just the validation route. Thanks Shelley

I've just made a start on the first TMA. I've done the first bit (supposed to be 250 words, but I've done 320 - not sure how I can scale it down!). I've come to realise that to include everything they want you to, with cross-referencing etc, I'm going to struggle to stick to the word limit!! Has anyone else made a start yet?
