Observing Ict

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me. Does anyone have a template they use when observing children using the computer? Maybe a tick list or is there another observation method they find more helpful?

I have this ICT tracking sheet I downloaded from somewhere - think it was the Early ICT website - they also have a sheet for observing ict.
