I have recently bought the Scholastic Early Years training & management books:

managing children's behaviour, staff training activities,planning assessment and reord keeping, and manager's handbook.

They are excellent . Myself and my setting will get a lot of use from them. Worth the money!!

We have the same book and it is very useful for managers, supervisors etc. The web site is www.scholastic.co.uk

They have a lot of quite good topic books too.
