Guest
My all time favourite for development norms is Mary Sheridan - Birth to Five Years. It's a long time since I've studied so not sure if there are any other recommended reads, other known theorists tend to specialise in specific developmental areas. Guest
ok well i guess im buying that book then it just says on my sheet of paper Assessment of child young peron across all develpment areas against accepted norms of development. This is holiststic with cross reference to other units showing that needs of the child are being met
Guest
You won't regret it Hannahgurney. , My other favourites are Margaret Donaldson and Tina Bruce, maybe you could hint to family and friends how useful these would be as Chrissy pressies. I have often referred to mine many times over the years. Peggy
