AnonyMouse_3139
AAAARRRGGGGHHHH!!! Four sets of lights of which only one set works! They all worked last year, were wound up carefully, placed in a box carefully, stored in a little used cupboard carefully and they broke. On a positive note, my living room has had a good clean and the tree smells lovely. Better luck to anyone else who is opening last years dcoration box
AnonyMouse_1195
I think your experience is probably repeated in hundreds of houses up and down the country I hope you have managed to sort it out now?

AnonyMouse_4544
I bought a garland with lights today only to find the wire is so short it won't reach any sockets unless I run extension cables up the wall ( very attractive) bah humbug! Guest
It took hubby 3 days and at least 3 visits to B&Q to get our outdoor light sorted, but worth it in the end. Doing the tree and indoor lights today. Peggy
Guest
Your lights look great, Peggy. We have a roof terrace and have put twinkling lights round it.
