Guest
Hi every one have just had a catch up and saw that some of you wanted to know where to get Walnut drops. They come in a little bottle like the Bach Rescue Remedy and you can get them in health food shops. They are an essence made by Ainsworth to the original formularmade by Dr Bach. My staff think its the 40% alcohol but as the bottle is only a 10ml bottle and you use 4 drops to a bottle of water. It doesn't taste but certainly works. If not I must have a very good mind over matter brain. I use mostly homeopathy and find it helps, especially when you really don't want to have another day of listening to peoples problems but know that you can't get away from it. When you have mothers that you try not to give eye contact with because you know they are going to heap all their problems on you, even though you know that they really do need to talk to some one. I don't blame those mothers and if I can help just by listening I will but there are days when you need a little bit of support or my DROPS!!!!!!!! Hope they help some one else
AnonyMouse_705
Thanks Steph, will look out for some. Have used the rescue remedy a couple of times recently which seemed to have worked for me. Perhaps I could slip some walnut drops in the tea at staff meetings!! Only kidding!
AnonyMouse_7317
Hi Must have missed the previous post what are the walnut drops used for?
AnonyMouse_73
walnut is one of the bach flower remedies, and is used for people who are influenced by the strong opinions/emotions of others or find times of change difficult. (you know that person we all know who seems to bring so much negative energy with them?) As always with any such remedies, do check for contraindication if you have any medical condition. Walnut like many other are not advised in pregnancy or during breast feeding without first consulting your GP.
Guest
walnut drops are great at smoothing out the hormonal ups and downs of puberty too - make my stroppy, tearful 13 year old human again!

There will be a sudden rush at the shops tomorrow, I've got one of those. I wonder if it works on grumpy 17 year boys too!
