Guest Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 I was wondering if anyone had a posh sounding definition for maths and knowledge and understanding of the world for use in my latest assignment? The college library is rubbish and there isn't anything in there I could use and although we are allowed to use a dictionary for definitions, it says it would be better to have a 'proper' definition. Books would be better as I am useless at referencing from websites, but whatever you can offer, would be fab. Thanks in advance!
Guest Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 The new title from the EYFS of Problem solving, reasoning and numeracy is quite posh ...not sure how to define it as it's a big area
Guest Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 Hi I don't know whether you could bundle the Knowledge, Understanding of the world into 'Science and Humanities' ? Better check out KUW contents along with dictionary definitions first.
