Does anyone have a copy of the observation sheet which has a large circle in the middle so you can track what activities a child goes to during the session?

I used these at my last setting but dont have a copy

Can you try to make one yourself?

 

I think that really you only need the circle to represent the child, then the various activities around it, so you can mark where they go/how long they spend there etc.

we use a floor plan layout, so you can see the movement around the rooms too, if we want we just have a sheet to write comments on for each area or on the back of the floor plan.
