AnonyMouse_13791
welcome to the forum amylou we used soft toys for hide and seek and see whats in the bag as a starting point for movement , using old shoe boxes to make an animal box. we got the children to choose their favourite animal then decorate the box in the same colours, patterns of the animal then filled it with clay models they made, pictures, photos of them when we face painted and other thinggs they could find, they also really enjoyed making big parrot wings we used lots of coloured bits to stick on then they could wear them out side and pretend to fly around animal hats cut up post cards to make animal puzzles grow a bean compare to the sort of plants in the jungle cooked pasta in tuff spot with toy animals made a great swamp we also used plastic animals for printing and looked at the different tracks they made the book monkey puzzle was really good cant think who its by at the moment sorry. iv tried to add a couple of sheets we used for our animal and around the world themes hope some of it is useful animal_play.doc animals.doc animal_statues.doc atw_pcm.doc atw_pkc.doc
