I have trawled the net and my numerous supplies of magazines and have found tons of festivals but nothing about kites!!!! I'm pretty sure it's in the autumn, because when we did it it was windy (autumn windy, different from spring, summer and winter windy!) I'll check the planning for exactly when it was.
