I don't know if this helps but there is a guidance document on the Ofsted site - it talks about schools but I'm sure the advice can be translated to any setting. Self-evaluation forms: writing a SEF that works I shall move this topic for you too. Quote

Hi killowengirl, We need to be very careful not to breach copyright laws. Therefore, before uploading anything to the site that is not your own please make sure you have the express permission of the person who produced them. If the copied notes and powerpoint were produced by whoever did the training then unfortunately you can't upload them to the forum. Quote
