AnonyMouse_9850
We are on half term, and im really trying hard to do my SEF. Am i the only one finding it hard, and very long winded. Surely im not expected to put in all i do. I also feel im repeating myself, all the infomation im putting in my SEF is in my extensive operational plan. So why my children are busy playing down stairs (where i really want to be) im repeating work and putting it in a different format! Blow it, Im off swimming with the kids SEF can wait! Guest
i HAVEN'T LOOKED AT A sef FORM MYSELF YET, BUT i AM SURE THERE MUST BE A SECTION SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN RECORD THAT YOU ENSURE YOU REMAIN HEALTHY IN BODY AND MIND TO ENABLE YOU TO BE AT YOUR BEST WHEN AT WORK WITH THE CHILDREN, THUS CONTINUALLY RAISING QUALITY STANDARDS OF CARE. (oops capitals, can't be bothered to change them, sorry) So ENJOY your swim. N Peggy
Guest
instead of repeating everything i just put cross reference to which ever section the answer was in...

AnonyMouse_13453
Self Evaluation Form for Ofsted - 38 pages (ish) of 'proof' that you are reflecting on your practice over their 5 areas. Oh, and it's for everyone to have an input into - even parents if you can rope them in! But it's not mandatory, but shows that you are a reflective practitioner. You can complete it online or as hard copy and send it, BUT you have to be able to prove every word you write 'cos Ofsted'll be quite cross if you say you are doing something and have no evidence to back it up apparently!
