Foundation Phase In Wales

Hi all

Wondered if anyone knows how I can get the Foundation Phase document for Wales.

 

I have searched and got a load of different links but not sure which is the right one.

 

I found a draft 2004 version but can anyone tell me if this is the what I need?

 

Need some expert help once more please?!
