AnonyMouse_3735
our children always love the one to the tune of the Fast food song (pizza hut) A Christmas tree, A Christmas tree, a fairy on top of a Christmas tree, (repeat ) A star, a star, a fairy on top of a Christmas tree (repeat) They make up their own signs to go with it and sing it slowly, fast and very fast... Also (Tune of frere Jaques) Father Christmas Father Christmas he got stuck he got stuck coming down the chimney, coming down the chimney what bad luck what bad luck Perhaps not so silly but the children love them Inge
Guest
What about When Santa got stuck up the chimney, he began to shout. You girls and boys, won't get any toys, if you don't pull me out. My beard is black, there's soot in my sack and my nose is tickely too. When Santa got stuck up the chimney, achooo, achoo, achoo!! I'll post others as I think of them, there is one about a christmas pudding. Salsa
Guest
Ooh and there is Christmas pudding, Christmas pudding. Steaming hot, steaming hot. Sprinkle it with sugar, sprinkle it with sugar, Eat the lot, eat the lot. with appropriate actions, the children always enjoy pretending to eat it up. Guest
Thank you so much! Can't wait to try them. We have some budding actors and actresses and always funny to see the actions they made up to accompany the song.

Guest
My christmas song file is still in the loft and getting it down is admitting I NEED to tackle Christmas issues both home and school. Our children like one about Santa eating all the cake and being to fat for the sleigh to take off and one about Rudolfs nose changing colour. Our year six children like one about the 12 days of the christmas turkey and the parents always laugh
Guest
When Santa got stuck up the chimney, He began to to shout, You girls and boys, Won't get any toys, If you don't pull me out. There's soot on my back, And my beard is all black, My nose is tickling too.! When Santa got stuck up the chimney, Achoo, Achoo, Achoo. Was on the eve before Christmas Day, When Santa Claus arrived on his sleigh, Into the chimney he climbed with his sack, But he was so fat - he couldn't get back. Oh, what a terrible plight, gangway, He stayed up there all night. When Santa got stuck up the chimney, He began to yell. Oh hurry, please, It's all such a squeeze, The reindeer's stuck as well! His head's up there in the cold night air, Now Rudolph's nose is BLUE!! When Santa got stuck up the chimney, Achoo, Achoo, Achoo, Ach
Guest
Found my christmas song buried on the PC! Santa Claus, Santa Claus, You are Much Too Fat! (sing to the tune of "Jingle Bells") I heard a reindeer hoof, then Santa dressed in red, came crashing thro' the roof and landed on my bed. I thought it was a dream, but quickly did I wake, as soon as I heard Santa scream, "I want a piece of cake!" CHORUS Oh, Santa Claus, Santa Claus, you are much too fat; I was sleeping peacefully but now my bed is flat. Oh! Santa Claus, Santa Claus, how much do you weigh? I'm glad I'm not a reindeer that has to pull your sleigh! He got up off the floor and said, "How do you do?" I said, "My back is sore, my head is black and blue." "So sorry!" he replied, and then he asked my name. He offered me a ride, I said, "No, thank you just the same!" CHORUS I heard a "ho, ho, ho," the sleigh was in the sky. but it was moving slow and wasn't very high. It wobbled in the air, I hoped it wouldn't fall; Said Santa, chewing cookies, "Merry Christmas, one and all!" CHORUS

Guest
More to share! TO THE TUNE OF : THERE WAS A PRINCESS LONG AGO………………. (found on the forum last year - anyone know the angel verse?!) Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem, Bethlehem, Bethlehem Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem, on a donkey. Jesus was born in a stable warm, stable warm, stable warm. Jesus was born in a stable warm, stable warm. The angels la, la la, mind gone blank - will edit when I can remember The shepherds went to see baby Jesus see baby Jesus, see baby Jesus The shepherds went to see baby Jesus See baby Jesus. The three Kings said let's follow that star, follow that star, follow that star The three Kings said let's follow that star, follow that star. So everybody's happy now, happy now happy now, So everybody's happy now, happy now. WHO WAS IN THAT STABLE THAT CHRISTMAS FIRST OF ALL? (finger rhyme) Who was in that stable That Christmas first of all? Jesus, mother Mary and Joseph standing tall. Then there were 2 shepherds And 2 more – To make it 10, 3 Wise men Came knocking at the door! Edited November 6, 2008 by Guest
