Phonics

Hi,

Just wondering how you are planning for letters and sounds? How do you write it in your planning?

(I work in a school nursery 3-4 year olds)

we use jolly phonics - and encorperate into our planning )prescholl 2 1/2 - 5 yrs)

Thanks for your reply, Hali. Could I ask how you plan for it i.e. do you do a whole group session everyday just for phonics or do some sort of speaking and listening fitting it in with other activities (songs and rhymes/rhyming stories etc) or do you tend to do small group phonics activities? If small groups, how often do you do this?
