Guest
I know this subject has been on here quite a lot recently, but has anybody got an example of a medium term plan ( to link with the new idea of child initiated learning? Obviously we dont need to plan in so much detail for medium term plans now as it is on going document so how do we get started? Thanks x
AnonyMouse_2732
I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can always document what you've done retrospectively. This could be annotated that you followed children's interests, for extra brownie points!

AnonyMouse_75
plus if you record your planning retrospectively you can write in evalutions of the sessions/activities at the same time in our last inspection Ofsted where keen to encourage us to record evaluations on our planning which also demonstrates reflective practice (more brownie points!)
