Guest
This may seem an odd topic.....but there is a reason for me posting it! I have an interview in early January and as part of the interview I have to take a session with a group of undergraduate students to discuss the characteristics of an Early Years teacher! I have my own ideas, but would welcome others! Any offers?

Wont tell you anything you dont know but might help you clarify your own thoughts! Good Luck.
Guest
Happy New Year to everyone. I think good EY teacher's are pedagogues rather than teachers- can't refer you to any specific book/ article sorry, but might be an avenue to explore?
